Eco-friendliness

The Grand Prix Hotel & Restaurant 3* in Le Castellet is committed to reducing its environmental impact and promoting the preservation of biodiversity and natural resources. We are doing this because we want to guarantee our customers and employees a pleasant living environment in the years to come. And it goes beyond that; we want to help fight climate change and reduce our environmental footprint.

Waste management and recovery

  • We sort all our waste, including biowaste handled by Les Alchimistes Côte d’Azur, in order to reduce our environmental impact.

  • Strict waste sorting is applied across the entire site.

  • Our trees and shrubs are maintained to preserve the soil, purify the air, and provide a refuge for local biodiversity.

Good practices

We have replaced our halogen bulbs with LEDs, which last longer and consume less energy.
Automatic taps have been installed to reduce water consumption.
We are participating in the "Waste Challenge" which involves recovering waste as an energy source.
We are taking part in "Faites grimper l’addition", an eco-friendly challenge which is fighting against litter (mainly food packaging) and advocates sustainable food.

Social responsibility

Solidarity Actions
Committed to playing a civic role, our teams get involved every year with several associations in organizing and carrying out various solidarity initiatives:

  • Co-organizer of the Sunset Run at the Paul Ricard Circuit, where our employees actively participate in this race, with all proceeds donated to the association Tout le monde contre le cancer (Everyone Against Cancer).

  • Preparation of sweet buffets for blood donation drives organized in Castellet and the surrounding region.

  • Collection of plastic bottle caps, which are then handed over to the association Bouchons d’Amour to be recycled into medical equipment.

  • Various donations to social action associations (blankets, bathrobes, etc.).
